Get Travel Insurance

We ask everyone who registers for one of our trips to purchase a travel insurance policy at the time of registering. As we’ve all learned in recent years, if not before, realities can change quickly with one headline, phone call, or interruption. As we continue to recover from the financial impact to our business during the pandemic and the war, we are rarely able to provide exceptions to our stated refund policy.

“Cancel for any reason” coverage is available for many policies purchased soon after paying your initial deposit (timelines vary but usually for this kind of coverage the insurance must be purchased within a few days/weeks of your first paid deposit). Include the total of your program fee and estimated flight cost (averages around $1,500 for economy) when valuing your policy.
