Study trip deposits and payments are accepted online or by mail. For those able, mailing a check is our preferred method to receive payments, reduce significant processing fees. However, we provide the online payment option as well, as we understand this is best for many. Thank you!

September 2025 Turkey Payment Schedule
Registration Deposit
$850 deposit due upon registration
March 15, 2025: 2nd Payment Due
$1,500 payment per person (Turkey Only)
$3,000 payment per person (Turkey & Greece)
July 15, 2025: Final Pre-Trip Payment Due
$800 payment per person
$730 single supplement for private room (if applicable)
Due on Arrival: $200 in Cash ($300 with Greece Extension)
Bring final $200 (or $300) payment per person in cash to Turkey. This will be collected by Travel the Text in Istanbul and used toward group tips and cash expenses during the trip.

The Refund Policy for this Travel the Text Biblical Study Trip is as follows:
Full refund less non-refundable $150 service fee for cancellations after deposit and registration. Full refund less initial Deposit payment of $850 (or $750 with early registration discount for this September 2025 trip) deposit payment for cancellations received 180-120 days prior to trip departure dates. Full refund less $2,000 for cancellations received 119-61 days prior to trip departure date. No refund of any pre-trip payments made for cancellations received 60 days or less prior to originally scheduled trip departure dates.
