The core experience of our ministry invites you to travel back in time and around the world, transforming what you've read into what is alive around you. Our Biblical Study Trips are distinctly different from tours, offering in-depth cultural teaching and Biblical study in small group settings at carefully selected sites throughout the lands of the Bible, including Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Greece, and Egypt. We engage the culture, history, archaeology, and geography of the Biblical time periods through on-site experience to better understand the world of original Biblical audiences, allowing ancient lessons to transform our modern lives.

Our online courses are specifically designed to bring the immersive experience of studying in the land of the Bible directly to you, wherever you are in the world. These educational experiences are perfect for those seeking a deeper or renewed connection with the Biblical text by exploring its ancient, Middle Eastern contexts. Each course (with two new courses coming soon!) includes video teachings, reading and study guidelines, and high-quality visual media. This rich content—including maps, illustrations, photos, and videos captured throughout the lands of the Bible—effectively brings the land to life on your screen.

Travel the Text is passionate about sharing the experience of studying the text in its context with as many as possible by bringing people to the land of the Bible and by bringing the land of the Bible to people by meeting them where they are. We invite everyone to learn through the land by utilizing eastern styles of education through concrete experiences with cultural stories, foods, ancient artifacts, and high quality media from throughout the the lands of the Bible including site photos, videos, maps, & illustrations. These educational experiences allow our audiences to travel throughout the land of the Bible, no matter where in the world they begin.
