Study trip deposits and payments for the Maplewood Turkey program are accepted online or by mail. For those able, mailing a check is our preferred method to receive payments, reduce significant processing fees. However, we provide the online payment option as well, as we understand this is best for many. Thank you!

Registration Deposit
$850* deposit due upon registration
March 1, 2025: 2nd Payment Due
$1,400 payment per person
July 15, 2025: Final Pre-Trip Payment Due
$1,200 payment per person
$825 single supplement for private room
Due on Arrival: $200 cash
Please bring final $200 per person in cash to Turkey. This will be collected upon arrival and will be used for group cash expense needs including tips to local guides, drivers, site hosts, and at each hotel including housekeeping, restaurant servers, valet, etc.

The Refund Policy for this Travel the Text Biblical Study Trip is as follows:
Full refund less non-refundable $150 service fee for cancellations after deposit and registration.
Full refund less Deposit payment of $850 (or $750 with early registration discount for this October 2025 Turkey Program) deposit payment for cancellations received 180-120 days prior to trip departure dates.
Full refund less $2,000 for cancellations received 119-61 days prior to trip departure date. No refund of any pre-trip payments made for cancellations received 60 days or less prior to originally scheduled trip departure dates.
