Travel the Text offers travel study programs throughout the lands of the Bible. Each study program offers a unique curriculum that begins pre-trip and continues on-site, allowing you to more fully engage the Biblical text in its context. While most of our travel programs are organized as private experiences by group leaders of churches or community organizations, we also try to offer 1-2 experiences each year hosted directly by Travel the Text. This allows to allow those who may not be affiliated with one of our partner organizations, the opportunity to travel with us. Journey of Paul & the 7 churches of Revelation
Travel into the world of the New Testament as we walk in the footsteps of Paul and the early disciples in the very places where they took the Good News to the Nations. Paul was born in Asia minor (modern day Turkey) and approximately 50% of the New Testament was written either to or from here. The first generations of Jewish Christians shared the Good News of Jesus to a foreign, Greco-Roman audience and we will study this significance on-site in Turkey’s beautiful landscapes, rich history, and abundance of awe-inspiring archaeological sites.
