*Zelle is a digital payment network that allows you to send money directly between bank accounts, often within minutes. Details for your Zelle options can be found in your online banking checking account service, usually in the “transfer money” area. You will have different “daily limits” you can transfer based on your specific bank and bank account. These seem to range from around $300-$3,000 per day. If your bank has a lower limit, you can send multiple transfers, or you may find it easier to just mail a check for the complete amount. At this time we do not have an option for accepting credit cards or payments.

Registration Deposit
$750* deposit due upon registration to confirm your place on this trip.
Registration is open until the trip is full, and, space is available on a first come first serve basis.
JULY 15, 2026: Final Pre-Trip Israel Payment
$2,750 per person*
$965 single supplement for private room (if applicable)
*If you have a trip discount/credit from a previously cancelled trip, please contact us with any questions to confirm your final balance due.
September 1, 2026: Jordan Trip Extension Payment
$1,350 Per Person (based on double occupancy); $330 Supplement for Private room
Due on Arrival: Group Tip Contribution
$350 per person
Please bring this final payment in cash on arrival, to assist us with the high cash payment needs for tips in Israel (and Jordan). These funds will go to our drivers, local facilitators and guides, hotel dining, housekeeping, and valet, site and excursion experiences. etc.
Please request large bills from your bank and bring clean $100s, $50s as larger bills are appreciated by our local providers as they often receive a higher rate of exchange. Bills that are torn, marked, or too old cannot be exchanged. Thank you for helping us take care of all who will take care of us!
The Refund Policy for the October 2026 Israel (and Jordan) Study Trip is as follows:
Full refund less *non-refundable $200 service fee for cancellations received after deposit and registration.
Full refund less $750 deposit for cancellations received 180-90 days prior to October 8, 2026.
Full refund less $3,000 for cancellations received 90-61 days prior to October 8, 2026.
No refund of any pre-trip payments made for cancellations received 60 days or less prior to October 8, 2026.
If Travel the Text cancels the trip due to any situation outside of our control, rescheduled dates may be offered and/or trip credit toward another Travel the Text trip, or refund (not including $200 administrative fee) depending on the circumstances. Request for cancellation and any eligible refund must be submitted in writing by email to Jamie@travelthetext.com. Eligible refunds will be issued by Travel the Text as soon as possible, and not longer than 90 days from the date of the cancellation notification. TTT is not responsible for any additional private travel arrangements you have made related to these study trip dates. No refund is possible for delayed arrival, absent days, or early departure.
You are individually responsible for securing travel insurance for this trip. Most airline tickets are not refundable once purchased, and any ticket refund will be determined by the airline. Please note that Travel the Text cannot control cancellations, changes and cost increases due to pandemics, war, medical conditions, political activity, strikes, severe weather or adjustments in the announced airline schedule or fees.
